The SCFOA Leadership host an annual clinic in July for the purpose of reviewing rule changes, testing members rule knowledge, and holding the annual business meeting for the association. Attendance is mandatory for all active SCFOA members. This exam score is used as the rules and mechanics score in the rating system for each official.
